Tony has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Management Accountants since 1982. He qualified with Semperit (Ireland) Ltd and then worked for five years at Cape Industries plc. He
joined Computacenter in 1987 as Financial Controller, rising
in 1991 to General Manager of Finance. In 1996 he was appointed
Finance and Commercial Director of Computacenter (UK) Limited
with responsibility for all financial, purchasing and vendor
relations activities. In March 1998 he was appointed Group
Finance and Commercial Director. |

Mark
Howling
Chief Executive Officer Mark Howling joined Digica as Chief Executive Officer in January 2003. He has over 20 years' experience in the IT and telecoms industries. |

Prior to joining Digica, Mark spent several years managing VC - backed IT, telecoms and engineering businesses, including leading two successful turnarounds and a disposal for 3i.Before this he was Managing Director at Compel Plc, a £250m provider of desktop and server products and services. Prior to this, Mark held a number of
senior roles at Marconi, where he was on the main board of
Marconi Telecommunications, a £1.2bn telecoms company,
and before this he held senior roles in the management consultancy
business of PWC. He started his career in the Mars Group.
